Following on from my post yesterday where I had made the Russian Doll from the Simply Homemade magazine - today I've had another crack at it with a bigger piece of fabric to fit the template the magazine gave. I did it on the sewing machine again but I did hand sew the ric rac on as it's easier!!! The face was abit of trial and error and I did 3 different faces once of which I used promarkers for - they bled into the felt. I added a tiny bit of blusher to her cheeks. Anyway I am really pleased with the final result and will be making more of these as I think they will sell well at craft fairs later in the year.
