Bag Charms

Today I've been making some bag charms.  I've used all glass beads as I prefer them to plastic.  The beads that I've used are a mixture of Lampwork, Pearl, Millefiori and other glass beads.  I love the fact that with glass beads no 2 beads are identical!  I also used some new charms that I have recently bought which I realy like!

Here is the Turquoise bag charm with an owl charm.

Here is the Pink bag charm with 2 strawberry charms.

Here is the Green bag charm with a parrot charm.

I will be adding them to my Facebook Shop later.  They are £4.00 each plus £1.00 postage.

Geisha Decoupage

I was asked to make a birthday card with some Geisha decoupage on it.  I hadn't used this particular image before and as it is lovely and bright I chose it for this card.  I used Anita's 3D gloss on the hair and on the sash (obi??) and stickles and other glitter glue on the parasol, kimono and trees.  I used a plain green backing sheet and punched a strip to go across the middle of the card using my MS Doilly punch which I then put some more stickles onto.

Here is the result

Gingham Baby Boy Card

I was asked to make a baby boy card and decided to do something different than the usual ones that I do!!!  I made up a template for little shoes and cut them out of some gingham backing paper and polka dot for the base and stuck them together using foam pads to give a 3d effect.  I then used frosted lace Stickles around the inside edge and used a heart shaped button and ribbon to decorate.  On the lettering I used promarkers to colour and stickles and edged them with distress ink.  I used a lovely backing sheet that I had downloaded from the net and then used my Fiskars scallop punch to create an edge piece.  I then threaded ribbon through the holes and attached the shoes to it.

Here is the finished result

Elegant Lady Decoupage!

I had this lovely decoupage kit that I downloaded from somewhere that I really like so decided to make it up.  The backing paper and the decoupage were included as was the sentiment banner so quite an easy card to do!!!

The result was lovely!  I used frosted lace stickles on the flowers and diamond on her necklace and I glossed her shoes.

Cupcakes!!

After seeing the lovely side stepper card that Padster over on MSE had made I thought I would have a go at one using the instructions link on her blog.

I am really pleased with it and will be making more like this although it did take me longer than normal as I had to get my head around the mountain and valley folds!!!!

I used some backing paper that I bought recently at the range and then coloured some digi cupcakes with promarkers and then decorated them with stickles and glossed the cherries.  I used my MS punch for the sentiment and stickled it as well.
