Ankle Bracelets

I've made some ankle bracelets!  I think ankle bracelets look great on your ankle in the summer, an extra bit of prettiness!!!!

I have made 3 different ones in Turquoise, Purples and Pinks and will be adding them to my Facebook and Folksy shops later for £3 each plus postage.

A Couple of New Cards

Here are a couple of cards I made recently, both made using digi's and promarkers.  I've also used Anita's 3D Gloss on them.

Here is the first one

And here is the second one

Fimo Cupcake Charm Bracelet

I bought some Fimo whilst in the US and had not had the chance to try it out so yesterday I found a tile to work on and got out the Fimo.  I watched a few tutorials on youtube to give me an idea of what to do and then made some cupcake charms.  I then put on some Sculpey Glossy Glaze and baked them.  When they were done I cooled them and decorated with Stickles.  Here is the bracelet that I made using them.

More Promarkers!

I was searching online for deals for Promarkers and came across this company.  They have some very good prices on packs of 5, 10 and 12 Promarkers and their singles are £1.59 - the great thing also is that they offer free postage on all Promarker orders.  This looks like their normal price rather than an offer.  I've placed an order for a pack of 5 Skin Tone pens so I will let you know what the service is like.

Necklaces

Today, I have been making necklaces.  Had 2 ideas that I wanted to try so thought I would do them today before I forget the idea!!!

The first is made up of turquoise coloured glass beads with silver plated chain, clasp and findings.  The pendant is faceted glass and quite large so very eyecatching!!!

The second one is made up of pink glass beads with silver plated chain, clasps and findings.  This one is abit more ethnic looking.  The focal bead that I have used as a pendant is pinker than in the photo and has strips of lighter pink going through it.

I will be putting them in my Facebook shop later for £6.00 each.  If anyone is not on Facebook and is interested, please contact me by leaving a message in the comments with an email address.

Girlie Birthday Card

This card was made using a stamped image and coloured in using Promarkers.  I haven't made it for anyone in particular!!!

I used Martha Stewart Bandana backing paper that I bought for $2.99 for a pack of 24 - 12 different colours.  It's fab paper and the colours are lovely.  I'm so glad I bought 2 packs of these!!!!  The other paper was a freebie from the net.  I used my MS doilly punch and some card candy to finish it off.  The peel off was a little light against the backing paper so I coloured it with a lilac Promarker.

Fathers Day Card

At last!!!  I've finished my Father's Day card!!  I wanted to do a gardening theme as my dad loves his allotment.  I printed a picture of a shed then cut it out and made a template which I then printed onto wood effect paper.  I had a digi of the garden bits and bobs which I coloured with Promarkers and used 3D gloss on it.  The paper used was a freebie from the net and the sentiment I typed in Word using 'Agent Orange' font.  I coloured the green card candy with promarkers and used foam pads to make it all stand out.  I also used my MS doilly punch.

Another little Sock Girl

Well - as these are so cute I've made another one!!!  She is nice and colourful, just right for summer!!

3 New Cards

I'm on a roll!!!  Another 3 cards made.

I made another footballer card in different colours with a matching rosette.  The background paper was a freebie as was the image!  Anita's 3D Gloss used on the football and the boots.

I then decided to try out some of the pretty promarker colours that I have recently bought by making a bithday card for a girl.  I used Anita's 3D Gloss on the pockets and shoes of the image and glittler glue on her socks.  I really love these colours!!!! The backing paper is from the US in a scrapbooking pack I bought and the raised dot paper is wall paper which was free!!

Last but not least is a pink Happy Birthday card with a greedy teddy on it!!!  The image was a freebie and I have put the 3D Gloss on the cake and glitter glue on the plate.  I used some forever friends backing paper and the pink was a freebie from the net.

Card for Mum's Birthday

I've been trying to make a card for my mum's birthday and it's taken me most of the week to make all the little bits and pieces.  This is mainly due to the fact that she kept walking in to chat to me so I had to hide it and then try again later!!!!

I decided to make another Butterfly easel card and to decorate it I used one of the lovely butterfly die cuts that Caroline over on MSE sent to me.  I coloured it orange with a promarker and then glittered it up.  I used Prima flowers and backing papers that I bought in the US.

Here it is

Football Birthday Card

Well seeing as it is the topic of this weekend, I've made a footie card!!  I used a feebie digi and coloured it with promarkers and used Anita's 3D Gloss on his football and boots.  I then made a rosette from ribbon and used a football image for the middle.  The backing paper was also a freebie!!  I really like the result and I am going to make a red version next!!!  Lovely for a little boy I think!

Bobble Rings

These are some rings that I made some time back.  They look much better on your finger than off as the beads fall into place and give a lovely sparkly effect.

Each lot of beads is attached separately so that they move freely.  They are also listed in my Facebook shop for £4.00 each if anyone is interested!!!  I have some more but need to photograph them!

A Get Well card and a Sock Kitty

I've been busy making a Sock Kitty this week and I am really pleased with the finished item!!!  The kitty took alot of stuffing and was abit fiddly in places but was worth the effort!!!  Here is a photo:

I also made a get well card for my Auntie Car as she has just had a major operation.  I made a spring card which I've never made before.  I really like these type of cards!!  I also used my fiskars eyelet setter for the first time as well for the flower tag and I got the sentiment from the net.  The flowered card was from paperbox and the flowers are Prima from the US!

I also made another door hanger, this time using a more retro fabric with loveheart sweets printed on it.  Here it is:
